We have used Northland for many years to service the furnace and air conditioners. They are always very professional. I called them to check out a potential problem with the gas valve and Matt came over today. He checked out the furnace and he said that he could install a $400 valve– but if it were him, he would just leave the furnace as is (it is 20+ years old) and we would be better off spending the money in the future for a new furnace. Rather than try to sell us a part and repairs we didn’t need Matt was upfront and helpful. This is a great company –they do an excellent job and they have always been honest and tried to save us money.”
